Last week marked an exciting milestone for AICA Indonesia as we made our debut at the IndoBuildTech Expo Surabaya, held from September 17–21, 2025. Following our success at IndoBuildTech Jakarta last July where we proudly won the Best of the Best Interior Panel & Laminates award and welcomed thousands of visitors, AICA continued to expand its presence by showcasing a wide range of flagship products at the Surabaya exhibition. These included AICA HPL, CERARL Wall Panel, ToughTop Table Top, AICA-R Flexible Fluted Panel, and AICA SPC.

Located at Booth RB-06, Grand City Convex Surabaya, AICA’s display highlighted real-life applications in kitchens and bathrooms, drawing strong interest from both professionals and homeowners. Designed as an open and welcoming space, the booth allowed visitors ranging from end users to interior designers, architects, and contractors to freely explore, interact with our team, and experience AICA’s products firsthand. From touching the textures to observing patterns up close, visitors were able to immerse themselves in the look and feel of our materials.

Beyond the installations, visitors also had the opportunity to take home free product samples, helping them match AICA materials with their moodboards and project references. Throughout the five-day event, many guests consulted directly with the AICA team to learn more about product specifications and explore the possibilities for their design needs. Among the standout highlights was AICA-R, our innovative flexible fluted panel capable of bending up to 360 degrees, which has been a crowd favorite since its launch at ARCH:ID in May. Another highlight was the Purecore HPL, a translucent, onyx-inspired laminate praised for its elegant design and ability to allow light to pass through thanks to its white backing. The newly introduced CERARL Wall Panel, available in fresh patterns and sizes, also captivated visitors when showcased in bathroom and kitchen applications.

“I was thrilled to participate in IndoBuildTech Surabaya this year. The exhibition was bustling with visitors eager to explore AICA products. We received a lot of positive feedback, especially about the product samples and display areas. Moving forward, we hope to deliver an even better experience with more prepared samples, catalogs, and an expanded team to serve visitors more comprehensively,” said Ernestine, Brand Activation Officer of AICA Indonesia and booth designer at IBT Surabaya.

We extend our gratitude to IndoBuildTech Expo Surabaya for the warm welcome and opportunity to connect with more AICA friends in East Java. With this successful debut, AICA Indonesia proudly concludes its participation in this year’s series of IndoBuildTech events, closing on a high note. See you at IndoBuildTech Expo 2026!
